We've lost another

Recently, we lost Mr. James Beecher Hinkle. Those of us who lived in town remember how he referred to us as his "flowering class - a bunch of blooming idiots". He once referred to some of his students as "having constipation of the mind and running off at the mouth". He inspired and amused many of us.
